| Job Responsibilities |
| * Oversee the regular maintenance of all machinery used in the manufacturing of lingerie garments, including sewing machines, fabric cutting machines, and specialized lingerie production equipment. * Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to ensure minimal downtime in production. * Perform or delegate repairs to machinery and equipment as necessary. * Coordinate and manage preventive maintenance schedules for machines to reduce the risk of malfunctions. * Lead and manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and maintenance workers. * Collaborate with the production department to ensure all machines are in optimal working condition for continuous garment production. * Respond quickly to machine breakdowns during production, working to reduce downtime and ensure production targets are met. * Manage an inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for machine maintenance and repairs. * Maintain records of machine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with industry standards and factory regulations. |
