| * Financial Record Keeping: * Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements. * Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. * Account Reconciliation: * Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. * Investigate and resolve any variances or issues related to account balances. * Financial Reporting: * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Generate reports for management and stakeholders to aid in financial analysis and decision-making.Budgeting and ForecastingAssist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing insights into variances and financial performance. * Support financial forecasting efforts by analyzing historical data and projecting future revenues and expenses. * Tax Compliance * Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure the organization meets its tax obligations. * Accounts Payable and Receivable * Manage accounts payable processes, including processing invoices and ensuring timely payments. * Oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoicing customers and tracking payments. |
