With strong month-over-month growth, we’re building a reliable fintech brand for the diaspora and beyond. * Job Description: * We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Manager, Accounts and Finance to oversee all financial and accounting operations at Priyo Pay. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting audits, and helping management make informed financial decisions as we scale. * Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. * Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning. * Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and international reporting standards. * Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities. * Monitor and improve internal financial controls and processes. * Support financial planning and investor reporting, including SAFE note tracking and capital deployment. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Legal) for financial planning and analysis. |
