| * We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Counselling Officers to join our team. * The ideal candidates will assist clients who are interested in going abroad for work, study, or travel. Your role will involve communicating with clients, explaining our services, and helping with file processing. Both freshers and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply. * Counsel clients who are interested in going abroad for work, higher education, or travel purposes. * Clearly explain available migration, education, and travel services offered by the company. * Communicate with clients via phone calls, messages, and face-to-face meetings. * Assist clients with document collection and file processing. * Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-ups. * Collaborate with the processing team to ensure smooth application handling. * Work proactively to meet individual and team targets. * Maintain a professional and friendly approach with all clients. |
