Job Responsibilities |
* Prepare & maintain day-to-day accounting operations. * Budgeting, book keeping, banking, accounts statements prepare. * Prepare and review financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements. * Fund disbursement to up level and yearly external audit preparation. * Fixed asset register maintain and prepare and deposit tax and vat payments. * Review invoices, expense reports, and other financial records to verify accuracy. * Establish and maintain internal financial controls to ensure the accuracy. * Manage accounting systems following Standard Operating Procedures. * Daily sales summary reconciliation with collection. * Complete Banking and Mobile banking transaction as required and collect cash or cheques from clients and sales centers. * Ensure timely and accurate preparation, management and execution of VAT Challan (Mushak 6.3), Sales Register (Mushak 6.2) and Purchase Register (Mushak 6.1) in compliance with tax laws and regulations and duly submitting to the VAT Office.Prepare and maintain Input-Output Coefficient (Mushak 4.3) documents in accordance with tax requirements. * Process and ensure the proper documentation for VAT payments and refunds. * Monitor changes in VAT laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance with applicable tax laws. * Coordinate with external auditors for tax-related audits and provide necessary documentation. * Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and submit them to the management. * Prepare different reports and provide different account information as per supervisor’s needs. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, ensuring the accuracy of tax data. * To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary. |

Additional Requirements |
Age 35 to 50 years A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in accounts management. Telecommunication (IGW, ICX, ICT. IIG, ISP) Get Advantage. Strong analytical and communication ability and problem-solving skills. Experience in accounts preparation, inventory management, budgeting techniques, and financial analysis. Ability to prepare special audit reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and data. Good knowledge of computers, especially in Tally, ERP, MS Office, Internet, etc. Adequate knowledge of IFRS, IAS, ISA and related legislation. Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions. Applicants have to work willingly and enthusiastically and be self-motivated. Ability to speak English fluently and should have good report writing skills. |
