| * Develop and manage retail, agency, individual life insurance, distribution channel and strategies of the assigned geographic area * Lead the sales team of agency branches and other offices to achieve budgeted objectives and KPIs * Capitalize on new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships and expand the company’s retail presence across the assigned sales area * Recruit, train and monitor performance of Branch Managers and Agency Supervisors. * Monitor sales campaigns, bonus initiatives, market trends and competitors’ activities * Manage and mentor the team, fostering a high-performance culture. |
