* Job Overview: * Night Shift * Timing: 7PM - 5AM * XFIELDTEK are seeking a highly fluent English-speaking Customer Support Executive to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional support to international clients via phone, email, and chat while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency. * Key Responsibilities: * Provide outstanding customer support through multiple channels (phone/email/chat), ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions. * Troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and escalate complex cases to management when necessary. * Maintain strict confidentiality and security of client information in compliance with company policies. * Build and nurture strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. * Monitor customer interactions, identify trends, and suggest process improvements for better satisfaction. * Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition. * Stay updated on industry trends to enhance service quality and customer experience. |
