Job Context
Job Responsibilities
* Design, plan and implement Food & Beverage Service training programs that enhance the BISDHA’s activities offerings and market presence.

* Under the direct supervision of Senior Training Officer and in close collaboration with the Training Team the incumbent will perform the following duties.

* Creating and implementing the organization’s Vision and Mission and guaranteeing the organization’s goals, objectives, programs and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.
* Based on the implementation plan develop monthly, six monthly and yearly training calendar and ensure its effective execution.
* Develop one 3-year training strategy and implementation plan for Food and Beverage Service, Front Office, Barista Course and Partly Cooking.
* Support Sr. Training Officer to work with different organizations and build learner networks in the community.
* Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to determine training requirements for selected training program.
* Develop need-based training curriculum and module on identified new training areas.
* Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that align with institute standards, focusing on food and beverage service techniques, guest interaction, menu knowledge, and health & safety protocols.
* Prepare lesson plan, session plans, job sheets, assessment plan, progress report for specific training program for effective training in accordance with competency standards and curriculum.
* Ensure high standards of professional practice and quality of teaching learning.
* Facilitate Food & Beverage Service and other related training program.
* Observe student performance during service and assess their ability to apply learned skills.
* Prepare reports including classroom observation report, progress chart, assessment and other required reports as and when required.
* Update training materials regularly to reflect changes in the menu, safety guidelines, and industry trends.
* Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging open communication, teamwork, and mutual support among students.
* Report training outcomes and performance evaluations to management, providing insights on team strengths and areas requiring additional focus.
* Carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the Sr. Management of BISDHA Foundation as and when necessary.
