Job Context

Job Responsibilities
* Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities. * Have to sale only in cash. * Achieve sales target of rice as assigned by the respective reporting person. * Build a strong relationship with the existing & new dealers and keep in touch with the retailers. * Cooperate and coordinate with other departments like Accounts, Store for all related issues. * Develop the dealer network in the assigned districts. * Collect and analyze data and prepare sales reports. * Check & prepare reports on pending sales bills and sales orders. * Monitor existing competitors' activities and compete accordingly. * Promotional activities to enhance rice sales. * Review party overdue and inform related person to take required actions. * Any other job assigned by Supervisor/Management related to the role.

Age at least 25 years Must Have Motorcycle. Experience & Skills: 1 year experience in similar field. Good Communication Skills, Teamwork skills.
