Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow. * Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and office records. * Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs. * Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, calls, and letters. * Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on tasks. * Support management in administrative tasks as needed. * Maintain accurate financial records including cash book, ledger, and journals. * Prepare and process invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment requests. * Monitor and reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and credit transactions. * Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, TDS, income tax) and assist with audits. * Coordinate with external auditors and finance consultants as required. |
