Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Oversee all accounting, financial, and commercial operations of the company. * Manage budgeting, cash flow, working capital, and financial reporting. * Forecasting & long range financial planning aligned with overall corporate strategy and growth objectives. * Prepare monthly, half-yearly, yearly, and consolidated financial statements. * Ensure compliance with Bangladesh tax laws, VAT, RJSC and manage both internal and external audits. * Supervise export-related activities, including LC processing, export documentation, and banking. * Coordinate with banks, customs, government agencies, and other external stakeholders. * Monitor inventory, costing, and pricing strategies to support business profitability. * Lead the preparation of loan documentation, project profiles, and business plans. * Develop and implement financial models for business planning. * Oversee receivables and payables, ensuring timely approvals and execution. * Lead and implement the company’s ERP system and ensure accounting integration. * Develop and enforce SOPs and maintain a strong internal control system. * Lead and support the accounts and commercial departments. * lead and cordinate internal & external audits ensuring timely documentations, issue resulation and full regulatory adherence. * Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, HR and regional & global finance team to drive business alignment. * Collaborate with top management to provide insights for strategic decision-making. * Any other tasks assigned by Management |

Additional Requirements |
Age at least 38 years Strong knowledge of export documentation, LC handling, and trade finance. Sound understanding of Bangladesh tax laws, VAT regulations, and audit procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with accounting software such as Tally and ERP-based systems. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and take full responsibility |
