Job Responsibilities |
* Office Management: * Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment. * Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed. * Supervise office maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols. * Administrative Support: * Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling documentation, preparing reports, and managing communication. * Assist in scheduling meetings, and appointments if needed. * Documentation & Record Keeping: * Maintain and organize company files, records, and documents (both physical and digital). * Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations regarding documentation. * Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents as required. * Communication: * Serve as a point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors, handling inquiries and providing assistance. * Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail. * Financial Administration: * Assist in managing office budgets, including tracking expenses and submitting invoices for payment. * Monitor and report on office expenditures. * General Office Support: * Provide administrative support to departments as needed. * Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents. * Handle general inquiries, assist with problem-solving and support various office needs. |
