| Job Responsibilities |
| * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets. * Monitor and ensure the sales team meets their individual and collective targets. * Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. * Expand the zone/area/territory’s customer base by identifying new business opportunities. * Ensure effective market penetration of Benzol Lubricants across retail, wholesale, and industrial sectors. * Appoint and manage distributors and dealers in the territory as per TM guidelines * Conduct periodic performance reviews of channel partners and provide necessary support. * Ensure adequate stock levels and smooth supply chain operations. * Motivate the sales partners to deliver exceptional performance and achieve retail sales objectives. * Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and address challenges. * Drive branding and promotional initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team. * Organize customer meetups, product demonstrations, and promotional events in the territory. * Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, retailers, distributors, and dealers. * Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure satisfaction. * Provide accurate and timely sales reports to the Territory Manager. * Monitor competitor activities and report market intelligence to the management. * Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices. * Reporting to TM * Have the mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh. |
