| * Curriculum Development: Develop and implement an engaging and age-appropriate curriculum for our courses for children. * Teacher Training: Train and mentor teachers on effective teaching methodologies and techniques for teaching various courses to children. * Course Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of various courses, including scheduling, class assignments, and progress tracking. * Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to both students and parents. * Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents, addressing their concerns and providing updates on their child's progress. * Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the spoken English courses by monitoring teacher performance and student outcomes. * Marketing and Enrollment: Assist in marketing and enrollment efforts for the courses. |
