| * Support implementation of a risk-based internal audit plan aligned with departmental priorities. * Review and verify all types of internal bills including utilities, transport, TADA, CNF, and travel claims. * Conduct vendor quotation analysis, engage in market surveys, and perform rate comparisons with existing procurement. * Execute pre-audit and post-audit of payments to ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures. * Develop audit reports with key findings, control weaknesses, and actionable recommendations. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure of audit observations. |
