| Job Responsibilities |
| * Provide strategic leadership and guidance to Accounts department of the organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial sustainability. * Ensure expenses as per approves budgets and monitor expenditure, analyze financial data, and identify trends to support evidence-based decision-making. * Generate comprehensive financial reports for donors and senior management; Prepare accurate financial statements for external and internal audit processes, ensuring full compliance with donor and regulatory requirements and international accounting standards. * Able to coordinate with Finance, Project Teams, and relevant departments to prepare and prepare accurate budgets, project completion reports, and necessary documentations for relevant stakeholders. * Prepare responses to external and internal audit findings; guide the preparation of analytical reports and ensure effective communication with teams and stakeholders. * Ensure secure confidentiality of all financial and project-related documentation; manage to approval processes and ensure timely dissemination of key communications to field offices. * Establish and maintain efficient administrative and financial record-keeping systems to ensure transparency, accountability, and readiness of the organization. |

| Age at least 35 years Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Knowledge of financial technology trends and innovations . Proficiency in financial data analysis. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Bangla. practical experience of using Microfin 360 degree software and ERP software. Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Flexibility to accommodate changing needs Attention to detail and organized Analytical thinking and problem-solving Experience in project management. |
