Our commitment to innovation, regulatory compliance, and sustainability has positioned us as a trusted partner to numerous brand owners and manufacturers worldwide. * Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager- Compliance for our production unit located in Mowna, Gazipur, Bangladesh. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire factory people management, governance & compliance * Job Location: Mowna, Gazipur * Key Job Responsibilities: * Policy, Procedures & Documentation * Stay updated on all current compliance system manuals and certifications. * Help design, update, and communicate company policies, procedures, and training materials to meet compliance standards. * Support all departments by helping them prepare required documents, reports, and reviewing their compliance policies. * Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), reports, and documents as needed by buyers or compliance certification bodies. * Develop and apply company compliance policies and legal regulations. * Keep records of compliance activities and submit required reports to regulatory authorities. * Review systems regularly to ensure they are properly documented and continuously monitored. * Training & Awareness * Arrange and lead employee training sessions or workshops on legal and compliance topics. * Coordinate the rollout and training of new or updated policies and directives when required. * Monitoring & Auditing * Monitor daily activities to ensure employees follow compliance rules and regulations properly. * Regularly carry out audits and reviews to ensure compliance standards are met. * Set up internal self-audit and monitoring programs. * Investigation & Evaluation * Interview staff and check practices to ensure everyone is following company compliance guidelines. * Investigate and find the root causes when any compliance issues are reported. |

Additional Requirements |
Age at most 40 years Leadership Experience: Proven expertise in managing compliance audits, sustainability compliance and team supervision. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules, ISO 9001:2015, Social Compliance, GOT, Sedex, GRS, HIGG FEM & FLSM, and ESG standards. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel (data analysis, reporting, editing, filtering, etc.) and experience using online applications/platforms. Communication Skills: Good command of spoken and written English. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels. Work Ethic: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. |
