| Job Responsibilities |
| * Administer the Management Team * Ensuring all EME Equipment in functional condition (like; Substation, Generator, Lift, Pump, Fire Detection & Protection System, CCTV Systems, ACs etc.) by checking regular & periodical manner. * Ensure safety and security of the building., the inmates and its utility assets by assessing threats, planning employment and constant supervision of the security personnel. * Keep the environment clean by employing cleaning team methodically over the common space and the surrounding. * Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment and components in different work sites to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair. * For recording and maintaining engineering records and coordinating, planning daily maintenance and repair activities. * Performing different type of training secession like; Fire Drill, Evacuation program etc. * Monthly Electricity Bill Preparing, Service charge invoice checking & distribution to Owners. * Ensuring the collection target of the complex. * Service provider & Vendors bill receiving, checking and submission to authorized person. * Requisition preparing and submission to authorized person. * Meeting organized with Owners & Vendors and Head of Management. * Letter, Notice & Mail corresponding. * Meet any emergencies & overall supervising's of projects. |
