| Job Responsibilities |
| * Developing an integrated communications strategy for the company incorporating PR, Marketing and Online. * Implementing communications plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organization. * Developing relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline. * Writing ADRA Bangladesh press releases for local and national media. * Work with website and social media Facebook and Instagram and other online platforms of the organization. * Adapting ADRA Bangladesh press releases for international syndication ensuring stories translate to differing international markets. * Monitoring press stories relating to the company and its brand and maximizing opportunities for positive PR and playing down any negative PR. * Collating and analyzing current communications and messages and ensuring consistency. * Developing and leading the company’s internal communication strategy across Bangladesh. * Prepare Annual report of the organization * Communicating brand to internal customers and stakeholders. * Overseeing the annual communications budget and ensuring its use is fully maximized. * Represent ADRA with variety of stakeholders. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Concerned Personnel. |

| 3-5 years working experience in communication team in NGO/INGO preferred Bachelor’s degree in social work, Community Development, Management or any other related field. Commitment to ADRA’s mission, beliefs and core values Able to undertake travel as required Computer knowledge on designing and content creating. Fluent in writing and speaking English and Bengali. Highly articulate individual with excellent written communications and presentation skills. |
