| Job Responsibilities |
| * **Job Responsibilities:** * - Maintain accurate records of inventory (raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts). * - Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials; ensure proper stock levels. * - Prepare and update daily stock reports, consumption reports, and wastage reports. * - Assist in sales accounting, including invoicing, sales records, and accounts receivable. * - Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for smooth operations. * - Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies. * - Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies. * - Assist in preparing monthly financial reports related to inventory and sales. * - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. * **Educational Requirements:** * - Honor’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field from a reputed university. * - 1-2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Officer, or Sales Accountant in a manufacturing company (feed, FMCG, or related industry preferred). * - Familiarity with ERP software is a plus. * **Skills & Competencies:** * - Strong knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles. * - Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). * - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. * - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * - Basic communication skills in English & Bengali. * **Job Benefits:** * - Competitive salary as per industry standards. * - Festival bonus * - Accommodation * - Friendly work environment with career growth opportunities. |
