| Job Responsibilities |
| * Supervising daily sales and trade marketing activities. * Enhancing trade relations with different traders and customers. * Forecasting market demand and achieving acquired sales targets. * Ensuring sustainable growth of market share. * Validate and authorize the potential new market and distributors. * Coordinate 100% Numeric and highest weighted distribution of products. * Identify weak distributors, prepare an action plan and work on the appointment/termination of new/ existing distributors. * Monitor Distributor wise damage control, make cause analysis and take initiatives on adjustment of damage in consultation with the Sales Head, Sales Admin and Accounts Department. * Monitor and follow up on market data and information on a regular basis (Competitors and Own). * Follow up on distributor's credit limit and encourage them to cash business. * Train and develop sales forces in order to improve individual sales performance. |
