As an MTO – Category, you will play a key role in driving product strategy, analyzing trends, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the right product reaches the right shelf at the right time. At RFL Group, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning—making it an ideal environment for aspiring professionals who want to build a rewarding career in modern retail management. * Key Responsibilities: * Assist the Category Manager in developing strategic plans for assigned product categories aligned with company goals. * Collaborate with suppliers and the procurement team to source quality products at competitive prices. * Participate in negotiating pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and promotional deals to maximize category profitability. * Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent supply and support category growth initiatives. * Provide data-driven insights and reports to support decision-making on pricing, promotion, and inventory. * Liaise with internal departments including Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure category plans are implemented smoothly. * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned categories such as sales growth, profit margins, stock health, and supplier performance. |
