| Job Responsibilities |
| * Manage the sales and distribution of premium rice varieties—including Chinigura, Polawor, Miniket, Najirshail, BRAC Dahan-2—as well as dal and honey products * Devise and implement weekly visitation plan for modern trade and departmental stores; consistently update management on sales progress and action plans * Ensure optimal product display at retail outlets; oversee timely credit recovery processes * Cultivate and maintain robust business relationships with existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory * Organize and participate in promotional campaigns at key outlets; represent the company at fairs and public events to demonstrate products * Oversee the placement of promotional materials at trade points and local markets; ensure brand visibility and consistency * Monitor competitor products, pricing, and policies; provide management with insights and recommendations * Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment * Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. * Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so * Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management |
