| Job Responsibilities |
| * 1. Research Management and Coordination: * Coordinate and manage research projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. * Provide administrative and logistical support for research activities and events. * 2. Grant and Funding Management: * Assist faculty in the preparation and submission of grant applications. * Monitor and manage research budgets and prepare financial reports. * Ensure compliance with funding agencies' requirements and institutional policies. * 3. Research Collaboration and Networking: * Facilitate interdisciplinary research collaborations within and outside the university. * Represent the IRT at conferences, workshops, and networking events. * Build and maintain relationships with funding agencies, industry partners, and research institutions. * 4. Compliance and Ethics: * Ensure all research activities comply with institutional, legal, and ethical standards. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in research compliance. * 5. Data Management and Reporting: * Maintain comprehensive records of research activities, grants, and publications. * Prepare regular reports on research performance and outcomes. |

| Experience: Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in research administration, research project management or a related role in an academic or research institution. Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Knowledge of research funding sources and grant writing processes. Proficiency in data management and reporting tools. |
