Job Responsibilities
* Golden Harvest Group is one of the largest and most respected business conglomerates in the country, engaged in diverse business sectors with a legacy of excellence and innovation. We are currently looking for a dedicated, honest, experienced, and skilled professional to join our team as a Personal Secretary to the Hon’ble Managing Director & CEO.

* Executive & Administrative Support

* Assist the MD & CEO in managing all daily affairs of the office with utmost confidentiality.

* Maintain the MD’s calendar by coordinating appointments, meetings, conferences, and events.

* Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and correspondence; screen and prioritize as needed.

* Manage the day-to-day administrative activities including note-taking, filing, scheduling, and office organization.

* Maintain and preserve confidential documents, records, and important files systematically.

* Communication & Correspondence

* Take dictation and compose correspondence on behalf of the MD & CEO.

* Communicate effectively with government, private, and international organizations.

* Handle all types of official, business, and other correspondence independently.

* Compose confidential letters and memorandums in response to inquiries in both Bangla and English.

* Travel & Event Management

* Make domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, visa, transportation, and venue booking.

* Ensure proper coordination of site visits, meetings, and events involving the MD & CEO.

* Occasionally accompany the MD & CEO during travel to assist with note-taking and logistical support.

* Meeting & Documentation

* Arrange and coordinate internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, collect materials, and record minutes.

* Circulate minutes and follow up with stakeholders on assigned action items.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the MD & CEO.

* Support the planning and execution of professional conferences, training sessions, and strategic meetings.

* Liaison & Coordination

* Liaise with government officials, embassies, media, private stakeholders and others.

* Serve as a central coordination point for communication among departments and external bodies.

* Follow up with concerned persons on tasks assigned by MD & CEO and report progress.

* Visit different sites as instructed by the MD & CEO and provide updates on relevant matters.

* Secretarial Duties

* Manage secretarial functions for the MD & CEO.

* Manage databases of contracts, and engagements.

* Draft meeting agendas, coordinate documentation, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action points

* Manage social media activities of the MD & CEO or organization as needed.

* Strategic & Research Assistance

* Support strategic planning, data analysis, research, and reporting for business decisions.

* Assist in managing special projects, pending tasks, and follow-ups.

* Any additional tasks as assigned by the Hon’ble Managing Director & CEO.

Additional Requirements
Age at least 25 years Proven experience in roles such as Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Public Relations Officer. Must be smart, sincere, trust worthy, and possess a pleasant personality with a strong sense of professionalism. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), email handling, internet research, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. Must be proactive, innovative, and capable of working independently as well as under pressure. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive information. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Strong problem-solving ability, with great attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Professional demeanor and appearance are expected at all times. Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends, if required. Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning and development.
