| * Minimum working experience must have on 2200 to 2500 set machine. * We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asst. General Manager - Industrial Engineering to lead and optimize our production processes in a knit garments factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, enhancing productivity, and ensuring best practices in industrial engineering. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. * Lead the Industrial Engineering (IE) team to implement best practices for process optimization and efficiency improvement. * Develop, monitor, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for production processes. * Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity planning to enhance productivity. * Analyze workflow, production methods, and resource utilization to minimize waste and increase efficiency. * Work closely with production, quality, planning, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations. * Lead cost-reduction projects without compromising quality and compliance. * Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and labor regulations. * Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on performance improvement areas. |
