Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Manage and maintain the quality standard, rules and regulations for achieving the required Finishing quality of the garments. * Develops and maintains a quality assurance system through continual improvement of SOPs and guidelines. * Control and ensure quality of Finishing as per customers' precondition; * Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with the audit and pre-inspection team. * Maintain effective communications with the buyer, merchandising and production, planning, CAD, and other related departments. * Review & follow up Trial cut/ Pilot/ Bulk (workmanship) through reports of QA to Executive & coordinate with concerned production responsible with necessary adjustment/solution as well as both quality & production friendly. * Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace. * Reviews and resolves quality control problems with the Sewing/Finishing Quality Control team and others, including vendors and customers. * Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management. * Ensure 100% capacity utilisation and waste reduction. * Control, execute and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan. * Check the daily report and analyses and feedback for corrective action. * Any other task assigned by Management. |

Working knowledge about report analysis / statistical data. Must have clear knowledge about finishing layout as well as technical leadership abilities. Must have proper & general knowledge of instant troubleshooting. Ability to work under pressure. |
