Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, training & development, performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling. * Drive HR policy implementation in line with organizational goals and regulatory compliance. * Implement and monitor manpower planning and workforce optimization. * Guide the HR team in maintaining employee files, records, and database systems. * Promote a safe, fair, and motivating workplace culture. * Ensure compliance with local labor laws, BLA 2006 and BLR 2015, and all statutory regulations. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor, fire, environmental, and other relevant legal frameworks. * Prepare the factory for buyer audits including BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ACCORD, ALLIANCE, etc. * Maintain compliance certifications and follow up on CAP (Corrective Action Plan) closures. * Liaise with buyers, external auditors, and relevant authorities during compliance visits. * Coordinate internal and external social compliance and technical audits. * Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance. * Train staff and management on compliance requirements and company policies. |
