| * Job Summary: * Daffodil International College, a leading educational institution committed to academic excellence, is seeking a passionate and qualified Lecturer of English for its Dhaka campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, developing course materials, and actively participating in academic and extracurricular activities. * Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging lectures in English Literature, Language, and Composition as per the National Curriculum and College guidelines. * Prepare lesson plans, course outlines, and teaching materials. * Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and maintain accurate student records. * Guide students in academic and co-curricular activities to foster overall development. * Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs. * Assist in curriculum development, syllabus updates, and examination question setting/moderation. * Provide academic counseling and mentoring to students as needed. * Contribute to research, publications, and other scholarly activities (preferred but not mandatory). * Collaborate with faculty members to ensure a consistent and effective learning environment. |

| Additional Requirements |
| Strong academic background with excellent command over English language and grammar.
