| Job Responsibilities |
| * Responsibilities: * Identify potential clients and develop a strong customer base for real estate properties. * Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers. * Conduct market research to identify property trends, pricing, and competition. * Maintain and update client databases and sales records. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication. * Assist clients in property selection, negotiations, and documentation processes. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. * Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and other promotional activities. * Follow up on the company’s Facebook page, YouTube channel feeds, and engagements to connect with potential clients and maintain an active online presence. |

| Age 25 to 35 years Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario. Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution. Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target. Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan. Must be self motivated and dynamic. Corporate sales planning and implementation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driving license and willingness to travel are a plus. Experience working in a reputed real estate company is highly preferred. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital engagement strategies. Sound knowledge of the real estate market, including laws and regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. |
