| * Fieldbooster is a software company that provides reliable software solutions for the financial sector. As a Business Development Executive, we would expect you to effectively present our products and services to the market. * Your responsibilities include: * Responsible for promoting the software solutions developed to clients, addressing their needs and offering appropriate solutions/services. * Identify potential customers and market segments through research and analysis, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and nurture client relationships to achieve sales goals. * Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and events to generate leads, drive traffic, and increase sales conversions across various channels. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to customers to drive business growth. * Identify new business opportunities in local and global IT markets by analyzing industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead. * Develop and execute new strategies to expand company’s presence in local and global market. * Regularly compile, analyze and present business development reports to senior management, providing insights and updates on progress and outcomes. |

| Additional Requirements |
| Age 25 to 35 years Strong understanding of IT and software development services, with the ability to explain technical details to clients when needed. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in field sales, retail, or business development. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills to effectively convey IT solutions. Familiarity with both local and global IT markets, with adaptability in strategy. Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn. |
