| Job Responsibilities |
| * Counseling Students for higher study in the UK & Japan * Student Assessment and Guidance: Evaluate students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and interests to recommend suitable courses, universities, and countries for higher education. * Application Assistance: Guide students through the entire admission process, including application forms, documentation, personal statements, and interview preparation. * Visa Support: Assist students in understanding and completing visa application procedures, ensuring compliance with embassy requirements. * Information Dissemination: Provide up-to-date and accurate information about various institutions, programs, scholarships, tuition fees, and living expenses abroad. * Communication and Coordination: Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and international education partners or universities to ensure smooth processing and support. * Pre-Departure Orientation: Conduct sessions on cultural adaptation, travel arrangements, accommodation, and essential preparations before students leave for their destination. * Maintaining notes and student records. * Follow-Up and Feedback: Track students’ progress post-admission and collect feedback to improve counseling services and client satisfaction. * Other related jobs as may be assigned time to time by Management. |

| Age 20 to 45 years Expertise in Visa Processing and Application for all countries will get preference. Comprehensive knowledge of immigration terms and procedural requirements for the mentioned regions. Should have good experience in different countries’ Immigration and Visas, especially in UK & Japan. Experience of any student Visa Consultancy, Visa Service Officer, Visa Counselor, Immigration Consultant. Suitable Female candidates might be given preference. |
