| * Assisting in the day-to-day administration of the MBA program, including course scheduling, faculty coordination and academic record management. * Handling student inquiries, admission support, academic advising, and grievance resolution. * Assisting in documentation, reporting and compliance with accreditation bodies. * Organizing seminars, workshops and industry interactions for MBA students. * Ability to coordinate with external partners (alumni, recruiters and guest speakers). * Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the University Management and respective departments from time to time. |

| Additional Requirements |
| MBA or Masters degree in any discipline. Additional certifications in academic administration, project management or higher education management. At least 2 years of experience in academic administration, student affairs or program coordination in an educational institution. Experience in MBA program administration, accreditation process or university level student services. Experience in handling university management systems (UMS). Strong documentation and reporting skills. Computer literacy with a good typing speed and proficiency in English, both oral and written are must for this position. Familiarity with data analysis tools for program assessment (preferred). Proficiency in drafting official correspondence, reports and program- related documents. Proactive, hardworking, detail oriented, honest, energetic and innovative. Used to working long hours (if required). Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities. Have the ability to meet tight deadlines. Team player with a student-centric approach. |
