Job Responsibilities |
* Design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and assessments in undergraduate, ensuring alignment with the academic curriculum and learning outcomes. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of academic programs by developing course materials, and incorporating innovative teaching methodologies and technologies. * Provide academic guidance and career counseling to students, supporting their academic progress and professional development. * Engage in academic research and scholarly activities, including publishing in peer-reviewed journals, presenting at conferences, and contributing to the institution’s research profile. * Participate actively in departmental meetings, faculty committees, and institutional initiatives, contributing to the overall development and governance of the Faculty of Business Management (FBM). * Ensure adherence to academic policies, quality assurance standards, and accreditation requirements, maintaining the integrity and excellence of the academic programs. |

Additional Requirements |
Completed Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Marketing from a recognized university. A minimum CGPA of 3.5 in both Bachelor’s and Master’s programs. At least 2 years of teaching or relevant professional experience. Preferably one foreign degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s). Candidates possessing a PhD may be eligible for flexibility in the CGPA requirement. Strong communication and presentation skills. Commitment to academic integrity and continuous professional development. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. |
