| * We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Executive - Production (Sewing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing sewing operations, with a focus on improving production efficiency. * Responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sewing department, ensuring all production targets and timelines are met efficiently. * Monitor sewing lines and equipment performance, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues promptly. * Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications in all sewing processes. * Optimize sewing floor layout and workflow to improve overall efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. * Collaborate with production planning teams to ensure accurate forecasting and timely material availability. * Monitor the sewing quality, identifying any defects or deviations from the standard and implementing corrective actions. * Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements. |

| Minimum of a Diploma / Degree in Textiles / Garment Technology / Industrial Engineering or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in sewing production within in Knit garment. In-depth knowledge of sewing machines, techniques, and garment construction processes. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. |
