| * Contributing to the development of the Business Development Strategy * Actively seeking out new business opportunities, using network of industry contacts, and reaching to potential clients physically and over phone * Engage in competition entries and work closely with the designers and marketing team to create beautiful presentations * Collaborate with design teams to tailor proposals and solutions that align with client needs. * Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to pitch architectural services to potential clients. * Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring they align with the firm's objectives and policies. * Coordinating regular meetings with the new clients and directors, helping to build strong rapport for long-lasting relationships * Seeking out and attending industry networking events * Proactively building new business contacts through networking * Experience in government & private organizations tender document submission * Experience in design consultancy sector will be appreciated * Knowledge in digital and social media marketing |
