| * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Garments Factory (Woven), Sweater Factory and Outwear. * Minimum 10 Years of Experience with Reputable and well-Known Buyers. * Experienced individual required for Strong Marketing Team. * Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve high performance. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment on objectives. * Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development for sales staff. * Must be presentable with Good Communication skills both in Bangla and English (Verbally and Written form) * Salary will be based on individuals Experience, Target and Performance. * Age at least 35 years |
