Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Communicate effectively with customers on revenue related matters * Monitor billing process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing· * Stay up-to-date with company trends and best practices in revenue assurance· * Investigate and resolve revenue-related issues promptly· * Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. * Working closely with senior-level staff to learn and develop necessary industry skills. * Performing any other tasks as per assigned by the management * Able to work in a team, willing to work after hours to get work done * Day to day work report to Chief Operating Officer * Age 23 to 35 years * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. * Proficiency in MS Office/ MS Excel. * Willingness to take on responsibility and challenges. * The candidate should have excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. * Responsible, Honest, dedicated and self-motivated. |
