| Job Responsibilities |
| * Looking for a dynamic candidate who will be responsible for store department * Develop & maintain T&A sheet for each day activities. Ensure Product procurement timely from production & Outsource. * Ensure Delivery / Distribution timely as per demand by the S&M Department. * Ensure quantity as ordered by the S & m Department. * Ensure utilization of worker efficiency at maximum level. * Ensure Logistic support timely as when and where needed. Maintain the register (Primary product Procurement Register, daily actives Register,Processing Loss Register, Finished Goods Register & Daily Distribution Register ) Develop & submit Daily report to immediate supervisor following the supplied report format by 5.00 pm. * Identify the lacking of process & adherence with the development of process efficiency. * Prepare and establish Store Policy & SOP and review within particular time period. * Maintain inventory of store by using Modern Inventory ERP Software. Distribute store materials to Foods Units as per requisition. * Ensure all receive and Distribution of Store materials are properly documented. Prepare monthly stock-report regular. |
