Job Responsibilities |
* Candidates have to make Inbound and outbound calls. * Managing survey calls and customer service inquiries. * Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. * Keep records of customer interactions and file documents. * Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Excellent communication skills with customers in appropriate accent. * Age 18 to 35 years * Must have clear spoken ability in English and Bangla. * Have excellent interpersonal and listening skills * Be confident and able to approach people. * Must have good knowledge about IT. |
