| Job Responsibilities |
| * Manage and oversee all breeder farm operations, ensuring optimal breeding and production efficiency. * Develop and implement breeding programs to meet production targets. * Monitor animal health and ensure adherence to industry best practices and bio-security protocols. * Lead, supervise, and train farm staff to maintain smooth operations and high productivity. * Prepare detailed reports and analyses on farm performance, including breeding efficiency, mortality rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). * Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency. * Age 35 to 50 years * Minimum 8-10 years of experience in breeder farm management. * Ability to stay on site. * Have experience and expertise in farm operation including feeding, vaccination, and flock health management during brooding, growing and laying, etc. |
