Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Manage day-to-day secretarial duties and ensure confidentiality at all times, providing direct assistance to the Managing Director. * Draft letters, correspondence, proposals, and speeches in both Bangla and English as required by the Managing Director. * Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy access to important correspondence, reports, and documents. * Prepare and review business reports, presentations, and other correspondence as necessary. * Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and appointments with clients, stakeholders, and business partners. * Take notes and assist with presentations. * Greet and manage local and international visitors, ensuring a professional experience. * Organize and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar and appointments. * Arrange travel, visa, and accommodation for both domestic and international trips. * Liaise with government and private agencies, higher officials, and business partners as needed. * Collaborate with the management team and other departments to ensure smooth operations. * Follow up on pending actions and resolve important issues as assigned. * Collect production reports from various factory locations and compile them into a summary report for the Managing Director. * Visit company factories and other locations for work-related tasks. * Age 30 to 55 years * Proven experience as a Personal Secretary. * Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bangla. * Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Excellent interpersonal skills with a dynamic, proactive, and flexible attitude. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Must have a gentle and pleasant personality, with the ability to work under pressure. * Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required. |
