Join our family and build an inspired career you’re proud of. * Job Context * The Manager – Recruitment holds the accountability for leading the recruitment strategy (from attracting and recruiting top talent to developing and retaining employees), enhancing the employer brand, and driving organizational development initiatives. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to understand recruitment needs, developing comprehensive onboarding programs, and ensuring continuous employee development and retention. * Job Responsibilities * Recruitment & Selection: * Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to understand recruitment needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. * Design and execute effective recruitment campaigns to attract top talent. * Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals. * Lead the Recruitment team and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. * Identify, assess, and develop talent within the organization to ensure the right people are in the right roles. * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. * Conduct new joiner orientation presentations and enhance the orientation deck, incorporating updated company information. * Develop and standardize comprehensive recruitment assessment tests across all functions and levels within the organization. * Develop job profiles and identify key competencies for roles through conducting role and functional analysis. * Enhance the company’s employer brand through initiatives and engagement on relevant online and offline platforms, employer branding events and through networking. * Provide guidance on recruitment best practices to department heads. * Liaise with Global regional offices for recruitment support. * Continuously assess and improve processes based on feedback and best practices to ensure and maintain effectiveness. * Organizational Development: * Design and develop a comprehensive onboarding program that covers all aspects of the new hire experience, from pre-boarding to the end of the probationary period. * Develop and manage succession planning programs to ensure the organization is prepared for future leadership needs. * Promote and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent management strategy. * Support and guide employees in identifying career paths and development opportunities. * Create and manage individual development plans (IDPs) to support career growth. * Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee satisfaction. * Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and recommend improvements. * Prepare regular reports for senior management on recruitment, training, and development activities. * Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent management and continuously improve skills and knowledge. * Assist in conducting training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and development needs across the organization based on current market standards. * Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and seminars. * 12-15 years’ relevant work experience in Recruitment & Selection, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or Organizational Development, preferably in a multinational company having 500+ employee base. * At least 5 years in managerial capacity, which will be given preference. * Professional certification in organizational behavior, psychology or related areas will be an added advantage. * Proven experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition and management programs. * Strong knowledge of performance management, employee development, and succession planning. * Proficiency with HRIS and other relevant software. * Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements. * Strongly encourage qualified female candidates. * Strategic thinking, planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to support change management. * Presence and credibility to work with the executive team and senior colleagues across. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders (internal & external) at all levels. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * High level of attention to detail. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, remain organized, meet deadlines * Strong presentation and delivery skills * Excellent written and verbal communication in English * IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently |
