Financial Planning and Analysis * Responsibility: Developing and managing the organization's financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Analyzing financial performance and comparing it with business goals. * Context: Ensuring that the company is on track to meet its financial targets, and identifying areas where improvements can be made. * 2. Financial Reporting * Responsibility: Preparing and presenting accurate financial reports to stakeholders (senior management, board of directors, external auditors, etc.). * Context: Reports include income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, which help evaluate the company's financial health and inform strategic decisions. * 3. Budgeting * Responsibility: Creating and managing budgets, including departmental budgets and capital expenditure.
