| * Job Summary: * Sushi Tei Bangladesh (a concern of Sajeeb group) is a high-end Japanese cuisine-focused restaurant at Gulshan-2. * The Operations Manager will manage the restaurant's overall operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong leader with experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry who can manage teams, control costs, drive service excellence, and handle strategic planning tasks. * Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery. * Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. * Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to reduce wastage and costs. * Monitor kitchen and front-of-house operations to maintain quality and consistency. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. * Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team. * Plan and coordinate events, special offers, and seasonal promotions. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform promotional strategies. * Create and manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance. * Contribute to business planning initiatives and long-term strategic goals. * Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability. * Track and analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue. * Work with the finance team on vendor payments and cost management. * Ensure a high standard of customer service and address any customer complaints promptly. * Implement feedback systems and use insights to improve service. * Maintain the ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant to enhance the dining experience. * Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring excellent performance. * Develop staff schedules to ensure proper coverage. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members. * Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. * Assist in business planning and operational forecasting. * Develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement. * Set operational goals and monitor performance metrics. * Work with senior management on long-term planning and expansion projects. |
