| * Are you a creative and experienced MEP Designer looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic Business Development (BD) team to work on exciting new projects in the HVAC, Fire, and Plumbing sectors. * Key Responsibilities: * Design and prepare MEP system drawings, including HVAC, fire protection & Detection System, and plumbing systems. * Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop integrated solutions. * Prepare and manage design documentation, including layout plans, schematics, and specifications. * Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations. * Support the BD team by providing technical expertise and innovative design ideas for new business opportunities. * Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver effective MEP design solutions. * Conduct feasibility studies and provide value engineering solutions to optimize designs. |
