| Job Responsibilities |
| * Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning. * Handle cash transactions, including receiving and disbursing payments. * Maintain accurate sales records and ensure proper cash closing at the end of the day. * Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally. * Manage and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring discipline and teamwork. * Handle payment-related issues and coordinate with the finance team when needed. * Ensure food quality, hygiene, and proper storage of ingredients. * Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams for stock management. * Monitor and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) inventory practices. * Track and control food wastage to optimize restaurant costs. * Maintain stock levels and place purchase requests as needed. * Ensure compliance with restaurant safety, health, and sanitation standards. * Prepare daily and monthly sales and performance reports. * Train and develop staff to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Monitor restaurant equipment and coordinate maintenance when necessary. * Assist in marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.Address customer feedback and improve service quality. * Work closely with management to implement policies and improve overall operations. |
