| Job Responsibilities |
| * The tasks depend on the market you will be working for. * Create or visualize an idea and produce a design. * Create mood boards to show to clients. * Development of new designs from idea generation to final product. * Conceptualize, create and help to execute season wise. * Able to do tech pack, illustrator, Photoshop CLO 3D Program or any other fashion design software to develop the sketches, embroideries, prints & accessories. * Understanding the buyers mood boards, seasonal color trend, material trend & different fabric qualities. * Ensure the timely & successful design & development of products in line with the requirements. * Strong understanding of fabric and ready-made garments dynamics. * Creative, visionary and has a passion for fashion. |

| Age at least 35 years Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Art Sketch, AutoCAD, Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising. Should be smart & well conversant. Fluency in written and oral communication skills in both English and Bengali. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work on your own initiative. Experience in any multinational Company will be preferred. Candidates reside Uttara or nearby will be given advantage. |
