| * Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery deadlines. * Develop and implement detailed production schedules based on order requirements and deadlines. * Ensure smooth workflow across different production stages. * Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and adjust schedules to optimize production output. * Enforce quality control measures at every stage. * Implement corrective actions to address defects, rework, and production inefficiencies. * Ensure optimal manpower utilization and proper allocation of tasks to maximize efficiency. * Monitor sewing line balancing and efficiency to achieve production targets. * Ensure adherence to factory safety guidelines, labor laws, and standards. |
