| Job Responsibilities |
| * Coordinate the implementation and integration of the ERP system across the organization. * Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues and support. * Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure the ERP system aligns with business processes. * Train and support end-users on ERP system functionalities. * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal operation. * Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and training materials. * Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies. * Stay updated on the latest ERP trends and technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades. * Manage ERP-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. |

| Age at least 29 years Strong knowledge of ERP software (e.g Logic soft, Click, Efficient ERP). Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certification in ERP systems (preferred but not required). Proficiency in ERP software and tools. Strong understanding of business processes and workflows. Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. |
